  These people were totally compassionate and professional to me at the worst time of my life, and 37 years later I want to thank them.

  my sister went in and was doing our dads arrangements. jacob was friendly enough and said the insurance covered everything but failed to mention that the stuff he showed would cost extra. my sister, on a fixed income, is in debt and our dad wont be released until paid for. we are trying to come up with the money. my dads honerable discharge papers and other original important papers were returned STAPLED! the original antique photo with frame was returned broken. clothing that was promised back was not returned. im sorry, but i expected better.
